Bad Food To Eat ( Milk and meat and .....

Since you know which foods to eat in order to keep your energy level high throughout the day, now you need to know the bad food to stay away from in the morning and at lunch so your high energy level does not get robbed by energy sucking foods.
Everyone has experienced that sleepy, tired feeling about mid-morning that makes you want to go home, crawl back to bed and sleep forever, but since that cannot happen, you have to give your body some good fuel to get you going, wake you up and help you get through the rest of the day without falling asleep.
Unless you want to end up big as a barn and dragging around all day like you are going to a funeral, you must at least keep these foods to a bare minimum.
Here are the top 5 bad foods that you should avoid at all costs

1. Milk
Yes it is true that milk does good to your body but not whole milk and not in the morning. Whereas milk has a ton of vitamin D, potassium and calcium, it also has a lot of fat and sodium. It is the fat content, and sodium that makes you feel tired and sleepy plus, too much sodium will increase your blood pressure. This is why "whole" milk is bad food to eat.
If you just have to have a bowl of cereal, try mixing it with one percent milk, fat free milk or yogurt. One percent milk and fat free milk still have all the vitamin D, potassium and calcium without the extra fat content and without so much sodium.
The best thing is to avoid milk at all. We are the only animals in the world that still drink milk after the age of 2! Milk is designed to help us grow fast when we're young. On top of that your digestive system can't deal with milk and often gives you diarrhea and stomach cramps. It sucks the energy out of you in the morning to work on digesting it.

2. White Processed Foods
White food usually refers to foods that have white color and that have been refined and processed, like cereal, crackers, bread, pasta, rice, flour, and simple sugars like high fructose corn syrup and table sugar.
The reason why white processed foods are bad foods to eat is because they contain vast amounts of carbs, which is another energy sapper. Carbs cause the "peak (high blood sugar) and valley (low blood sugar)" symptoms, which give you lots of energy in one minute and none the next. This is very hard on your body, as it does not know whether to perk up or shut down.
Natural, unprocessed white foods, such as white potatoes, white beans, turnips, cauliflower and onions do not fall into the same category. The main difference between refined foods and the unprocessed white foods is the processing that they undergo. Most of the white and processed foods are made out of flour that is refined by removing the outer layer that contains fiber. Minerals and/or Vitamins are added back so as to enrich the refined product.
White bread as well as white flour also have very high glycemic indices, which is another way of saying that the sugars contained in white breads and flour rush through your blood stream like a freight train carrying your energy with it. If bread is something that you can't resist, it is better to go with whole grain bread having complex carbs. Both simple and complex carbs get broken down into glucose, the only difference is that complex carbohydrates are broken down much more slowly.

3. Some types of meat
This includes items such as bacon, sausage, ham, hot dogs and lunch-meat all of which most people love, especially bacon, but the fact is that they are very bad food to eat.
Deli meats, including hot dogs are known to be contaminated with Listeria. Exposure to Listeria can cause serious health problems. Deli meats should be reheated thoroughly till the internal temperature of the meat is 165 degrees.
The majority of seafood-borne illnesses associated with consumption of raw shellfish, such as oysters, mussels, and clams. These raw sea foods should be avoided in order to keep yourself healthy.

4. Starchy Foods
Starchy foods include all pasta, white bread, white rice and white potatoes. All these foods will cause a sudden drop in your blood sugar levels because starch is stored in your body as sugar, which are also known as simple carbohydrates.
Scientific studies show that simple carbohydrates are more easily broken down in the liver and absorbed into the blood stream as that quick burst of energy that perks you up.
Other simple carbohydrates include, glucose, sucrose, lactose, and fructose, which are not only found in white bread but also in pizza, cake and cookies.
If you find that you just cannot stand to give up all those delicious starchy foods, do your body a favor and combine them with a good amount of fruits and veggies to help balance out the bad with the good.

5. Coffee
Too much of anything is not good and this is true for coffee as well, in fact, it is true of all caffeine products. Coffee is one of the worst things you can have in the morning. Coffee gives you a very short bad energy spikes and then it crushes you. If you need a hot drink, take a herbal tea. It relaxes your mind, enabling you to concentrate after drinking it.
Furthermore coffee sucks the water out of your body, making you dehydrated. It shows up in the form of bad suggestions and ideas, whereas you think you are the king because you feel wide awake. There is a difference between truly concentrated and awake!
So next time you see your food, think about the inside of your body as a little factory and how you can make the processing and the extraction of the vitamins and minerals as easy as possible to give you energy, rather than taking energy for you. Food is made to give us energy to go the extra mile, not to drain your energy. So the next time you're at the store you can avoid the bad food once and for all.
Make sure you choose the right foods! Don't leave the grocery store empty handed of the right healthy foods you deserve. Coming up with good meals and preparation can be difficult, but if you look hard enough and are dedicated about it, finding meals can be easy to incorporate into your healthy diet.
Learn the right foods and get started with proper food to lose weight.
