This is the best cleaning agent you need to purchase to keep the wines protected from germs and bacteria. You should be able to purchase this cleaning agent at the local hardware or winemaking shops.

Do not wait until you already have produced the wine before you use the said cleaning agent. You should manufacture the said solution before you start the product. The most accepted mixture ratio you can use is four tablespoons of Potassium metabisulfite to at most one gallon of water. This is already potent enough.

Aside from the wine, you can also use the said cleaning agent to sanitize the work surfaces or any other parts of your winemaking equipment. You just have to use the mixture ratio and then put it into the spray bottle. You can get the best cleaning solution with that.
