When it comes to your eating habits, you have to retain the healthy habits and eliminate those that are not healthy. Exercise is also a good addition to your healthy lifestyle.

Joining a support group should be helpful too. There are various support groups that exist nowadays to help people cope with the lifestyle that they are supposed to enjoy right after their operations. The support group is not a mandatory advice from the doctor but it should be really helpful for you if you go there.
