Next, portions are just as important as food choice. Together with deciding your food, the adequate food quantity should be considered to avoid diseases and ensure a healthy body. Before eating, take time to ask your body. Remember that moderation in eating and drinking is vital to stay fit. Once you can control your portion size, you put the first step towards your enjoyable life without constantly worrying about health problems.

Next, try to keep an active lifestyle. Exercising should become your new habit. Try to stay active all day. Choose a sporting activity you like and fits your needs such as tennis, jogging, walking, running, swimming, playing football or going to the gym. You can choose to work out at home if you can't arrange time for the gym. Doing these activities keeps your body stay in shape while calming your mind. You do not need to exercise everyday; but make sure you do enough 3 times per week to get the best results. Office workers are those who really need regular exercises since they stay all day in front of the computer. You can do simple exercises by standing up and walking around your office. You can do exercises regularly to your eyes without having to leave the chair.

Lastly, take time to enjoy your own hobbies. Don't let the busy life prevent you from pursuing what you love. Set your priorities. Doing the things you like doesn't mean wasting your time. It just gives your mind and your body the chance to refill the energy after long hours working. Look for new challenges and explore your hidden power, however remember to double check your priority list monthly. This way you can learn how to manage your time in a sensible way.
