Adding veggies of mashed squash, sweet potato and carrot also work best. Aside from that, you may also add roasted or boiled vegetables.

And because everyone loves to eat cheese, adding a slice or grated cheese to the patties will make it tasteful and healthy. Add cheese, bread and even beans to the mixture to make a patty. Add more cheese if you want and fry it. Serve them with toasted buns, salad, ketchup, tomato and mayo.

More people prefer to choose to eat healthy foods including veggie dishes because they want to focus on their diet. These type of buns are popular choices for those who want to stick on their healthy diet. Taking a veggie burger gives you benefits to lessen the total amount of fat you have right now.

They also become an effective alternative than going to restaurants and other establishments. Actually, more and more fast foods today are offering vegan dishes for vegetarians. As a consumer, you should be well informed with the choices to choose when making such decisions between a veggie or beef burger.
