Because the Jews do this as a law from God, then it is good for their health and nourishment.

A good example is where meat and milk do not mix, which when eaten gives the body more nutrients for storage. It might become unhealthy in the long run. Many people have copied the Jews diet processes that help them control what they take. It is only ideal for an individual who can be disciplined to follow the rules.
