If one can do this more than once a week without interfering with your schedule then get a small size but if one only have time to brew beer once in a week then get large equipment. Busy people will find it difficult brewing twice or thrice a week that is why they are advised to get something that will suit their needs.

Then you have to determine if the job will be done by you or a specialist. If one will be fixing the equipment then the project might be a bit cheap but it will take longer especially when new to this. That will affect your business if you do not have another plane set in place. But if you should going to hire an expert to fix for you the equipment then it will take a very short period of time because they are well versed with the equipment. But, that means that you might be charged more.

New equipment is expensive than used ones. If you have a tight budget then consider buying used equipment. You should make sure that it is in good working condition before you pay. Ask the dealer to test it for you so that you can see if it is operating just fine.

You may be a busy person that does not have time to fix the equipment. Some manufacturers will come and install the equipment on your behalf but is some cases you will have to either do it yourself or hire someone to do the work for you. If you have to get a person then they need to know how these systems work in the first place. They also have to know how to fix them so find someone with prior experience.
