Restaurant 1858. Restaurant 1858 is famous for their burgers and soup. Store hours is from 11 am to 8 pm, Mondays to Saturdays. Perfect go to place for those who love to drink because they have a full bar with different kinds of alcohol drinks. You will come upon this place if you go hiking on the famous falls in Colorado Springs.

La Bella Vita Ristorante Italiano. Obviously, what you will experience here is Italian fine dining. Their menu includes burrata bella vita, bruschetta, tiramisu, and cannoli. Make sure to leave a room for dessert, which is their specialty. You know that La Bella is good because of all the positive comments that they received from individuals who have already gone here. Amazing food with outstanding staffs.

The famous steak house. Just by the name itself, you know that they serve steak. Not only are they great with steaks but with burgers too. You are welcomed with live piano music, which is played all throughout the day. They have a full bar with an amazing bartender. Perfect place to celebrate intimate moments and dates.

The rabbit hole. Open from 4 to 2 am. The best sellers are cherry braised buffalo short ribs, duck wings, bacon wrapped rabbit meatloaf, butcher block, laughing lab braised Colorado lamb shank, chorizo stuffed bacon, and more. Best of all, all their drinks are cheap, perfect if you are in a budget. Service is fast, so you will surely not get tired of waiting for the food to come.
