Simple Recipe For Preparing Spicy Gochujang Wings

Chicken wings can be very delicious if they are prepared the right way. Cooks are different, and they come up with different recipes all the time. For instance, you can marinate chicken using a nice Asian sauce. You can decide to bake them rather than frying them. The meal will be even better, and you may even consider the chicken gourmet.

If you are one of the people that love spices, this meal is therefore ideal for you. You will use the paste made of red pepper to marinate your wings. The paste will be mixed with umeboshi plum vinegar and pomegranate molasses. These ingredients add flavor to your chicken. If you wish, add fresh ginger paste, honey, and garlic.

The chicken is prepared for fifteen minutes and cooks for thirty-five minutes. The ingredients you need include one tablespoon of grated fresh ginger, two tablespoons of the Korean red pepper, pomegranate molasses, honey, umeboshi plum vinegar, chicken that has been cut to pieces, paprika, toasted sesame seeds, roasted and salted cashews, pepper and salt to taste. With the above ingredients, you will have your ideal baked chicken.

Once you have gathered all your ingredients, prepare the marinade. Start by mixing the pepper paste, vinegar, pomegranate molasses and ginger in a bowl. Make sure you form a uniform paste. Add and taste your seasoning depending on the flavor you want. After preparing the paste, scoop three-thirds of the sauce and put it in a separate bowl.

Then, put the sauce or marinade into a plastic bag that can be zipped. Add the chicken pieces and zip the bag. Then shake the mixture to allow the sauce to mix thoroughly and coat the chicken fully. Let the chicken marinate for thirty minutes before you bake it.

After that, set your oven at four hundred degrees to preheat it. Using canola oil or cooking spray, grease the baking sheets you will be using. Then, spread your chicken evenly on the sheets and leave them to cook or bake for thirty minutes. If the outer coat becomes crispy, the inside should also have cooked enough.

Make sure that you remember to flip the wings halfway through your baking. Use tongs to avoid burning your fingers. After flipping the pieces, apply the remaining one-third of the marinade. After you are sure that the meat is fully cooked, put it on a tray and sprinkle it with the sesame seeds, paprika, and cashews.
